Gut Healing Bone Broth

It could not be much easier to prepare bone broth in Instapot! Instead of 10-20 hours of slow cooking the bones on the stove, it takes only 60 minutes in the high-pressure cooker!

1 small yellow onion (peeled)
1-2 carrots
1 tsp allspice (whole)
2-3 bay leaves
2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
Water to fill in the Instapot 3/4


Combine grass-fed meat bones (knuckle bones for extra collagen), carrots, allspice, bay leaves, whole onion, apple cider vinegar, and water 3/4 in the Instapot insert.

Close and lock the lid press Manual and set the timer for 60 minutes. When the timer goes off, you can wait for the pressure cooker to depressurize itself or use the manual steam release. Done! Enjoy in homemade soups, stews or instead of coffee to boost your energy and give your body extra minerals and nutrients.
