When choosing a provider to work with your Thyroid conditions wouldn’t you rather have a provider who has experienced the same conditions directly and will advocate, side with you and help you to fully recover?
Zhanna Tarjeft, FNP is the founder and proprietor of Sprouts Health. Zhanna specializes in Thyroid and Hashimoto’s cases after experiencing the same conditions herself and working on lifetime answers. The good news, there are answers to your Thyroid problems. With Zhanna’s unique functional medicine approach you will be well on your way to a healthier life filled with more energy, less fatigue, healthier skin, hair, and brain activity (all things that can be severely affected by Unhealthy Thyroid).
Symptoms of Thyroid problems are numerous including:
1. Fatigue 2. Dry skin 3. Puffy face 4. Hair loss/Brittle nails 5. Heavy/irregular periods 6. Anterior neck pain 8. Dizziness 9. Palpitations 10. Constipation 11. Restlessness 12. Depression 13. Shortness of breath
The thyroid gland is a master-gland and all the bodily functions depend on it.
Do you take insurance?
Sprouts Health does not take insurance due to the nature of the appointment program (initial appointment is 1 hour and follow up appointments are 45 minutes) in order to fully cover your individualized needs and care. Insurance typically only provides enough coverage for 10-15 minute provider appointments (which is why your other doctors are always in a rush to leave the room). We can generate a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement, some plans may cover part of the appointment cost.
How much does an appointment cost?
Due to high demand and limited availability and the scope of patient care the first 1-hour appointment is $349.00, follow-up 45-minute appointments are $185.00. Alternately you can book a package to save a considerable amount over à la carte appointments.
What happens in the first appointment?
Please see the consultations page for more details on appointments and what they typically entail. Please keep in mind medicine is not a “one size fits all” approach when you practice Functional Medicine. Zhanna aims to treat the root and underlying cause(s) of your Thyroid and medical condition(s) and Thyroid may cause numerous side effects making it especially difficult to properly treat for normal-everyday “quick service” (10-minute appointment) medical providers.
