🔆Pesticides - Roundup is in everything, even organic produce gets contaminated.⁠ 🔆GMOs. There are almost no veggies/fruits/grain left that would be unmodified. Soy is an example - 99% of soy on the market is GMO. More sugar in fruits is more and less vitamins.⁠ 🔆 Storage. The longer the fruit is stored, the less vitamins it contains.⁠ 🔆 Ripening. Fruits and veggies picked green and sprayed with a gas that helps them turn red or pink or other natural color! Thus, the fruit is not getting exposed to natural sunlight that helps the veggies/fruits get the most nutrients.⁠

Over the past 30-50 years, due to the use of chemical fertilizers, the soil has become poorer, and if the soil is poor, then the products grown on it.⁠ ⁠ The best option is when they are picked and eaten in the first 30 minutes or, at least 2-3 days.
