Apparently, making chocolate is not hard at all! Just combine, mix, and pour into a fun form to enjoy later!
It has to be refrigerated though, but any chocolate in summer months in Arizona has to be refrigerated anyway!
To make it sugar-free, I added 1/2 tsp of stevia. In general, I am not a huge fan of stevia, but in this recipe my friends were not even able to tell the difference.
Ingredients:
Fills in 1 form
1/2 cup cocoa powder (carob powder to make it AIP-friendly)
1/2 cup coconut oil
1/2 tsp of stevia (or maple syrup to taste)
1 pour-in form
Insert the form into the fridge and wait 20-30 minutes for the chocolates to solidify. The hardest part is to wait!
