Gluten-Free and Dairy-Free
Ingredients:
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Flaxseed flour
- 2 tbsp of refined olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon of Baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of white sesame seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon of Flaxseed
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
Directions:
- Start by preheating the oven to 350F.
- Pour the flour into a deep bowl.
- Add salt and oil.
- Then add eggs and baking powder.
- Knead the dough very thoroughly.
- Form a bun with wet hands and place it on the parchment paper laid on a baking sheet.
- Sprinkle the top with sesame seeds and flaxseeds.
- Set it in the oven for 25 minutes. Check if it is ready with a wooden stick. Let it cool down a bit, and serve.
