Flaxseed Bread with Sesame Seeds

Gluten-Free and Dairy-Free


  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Flaxseed flour
  • 2 tbsp of refined olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon of Baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of white sesame seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon of Flaxseed
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt


  • Start by preheating the oven to 350F.
  • Pour the flour into a deep bowl.
  • Add salt and oil.
  • Then add eggs and baking powder.
  • Knead the dough very thoroughly.
  • Form a bun with wet hands and place it on the parchment paper laid on a baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle the top with sesame seeds and flaxseeds.
  • Set it in the oven for 25 minutes. Check if it is ready with a wooden stick. Let it cool down a bit, and serve.
