What Disrupts Our Hormone Balance?

Almost every woman is familiar with a hormone such as estrogen – which helps us to remain beautiful, feminine and young. To be precise, a group of hormones consisting of three is called estrogens:

✔ Estradiol.
✔ Estriol.
✔ Estrone.
.
The world today is rapidly changing, chemicals appear in everything: in clothes, cosmetics, and food and we ingest chemicals every day, we breathe them in too!
.
⛔ Xenoestrogens are “fake” estrogens!
They are synthetic substances that our bodies recognize as their own hormones.

Xenoestrogens are the enemies of a modern woman, although they also cause considerable damage to men’s and children’s health. Popular in recent years, phytoestrogens also belong to them. What are these hormones and why are they dangerous?

Estrogen is the main hormone in the female body. Normally, estrogens are produced only by the body itself, but today they get into our bodies via food, cosmetics, through tap water and household items.

They are called xenoestrogens, “foreign” hormones. Xenoestrogens accumulate in the body and cause hormonal imbalance.

This is one of the causes of female and male diseases:

➡️➡️➡️ thyroid dysfunction, cancer, infertility, obesity to name a few.
.

This is something you might not even suspect. You may be surprised, but xenoestrogens surround us everywhere:

♀️ Food:
✔ animals fed hormones to grow faster.
✔ vegetables and fruits – pesticides, herbicides, fertilizers.
✔ fish โ€ฆ 🐟

And plastic containers and bottles are full of BPA (bisphenol A) or BPS.

Plastic bottles, dishes, and most store food are packed in plastic, plastic surrounds us! I’ll write a separate post about this somehow.

♀️Cosmetics, perfumes, cream, hair dye, nail polishes, and all household chemicals♨️
♀️and also those materials from which repairs are made in your beautiful apartment or house🏡
.
As you can see, it all surrounds our lives on a large scale. Hence the problems of estrogen endogenesis.

From  Autism to Cancer: Xenoestrogens Accumulate and Cause Disease

Xenoestrogens are not biodegradable in the body. Part of foreign hormones is excreted from the body, while the rest accumulate in fatty tissues and from there gradually begin to influence all organs and systems.

It is dangerous for children as xenoestrogens may cause the early onset of puberty, and the beginning of puberty today is starting earlier and earlier. For men, excess estrogen threatens infertility, prostate cancer, breast cancer, and obesity.

Girls and women suffer the most: an excess of these hormones may lead not only to infertility and cancer of the breast and reproductive organs but also often causes common diseases – endometriosis, uterine fibroids, especially painful menstruation and severe premenstrual syndrome (PMS). Xenoestrogens may cause estrogen dominance.

And an excess of estrogen is the cause of mood disorders, from unstable mood swings and aggression to depression. Limiting your and your children’s exposure to xenoestrogens are important starting as early as preconception period!
