Healing Soup to Boost Immunity

Soup is an opportunity to get nutrients from foods that otherwise have no chance of becoming part of your diet. For example, many do not like onions, parsley and celery root, shiitake mushrooms or seaweed, ginger root, or turmeric. Soup makes it possible to boil them down and thus benefit from them or make them completely invisible with the help of pureed soup. This is especially important now when it is so necessary to maintain immunity in children and adults. In order to make the soup not only healthy but also tasty, use a variety of spices. Curry paste, almond or coconut milk, tofu cubes – all this will give your soup an unusual texture, taste, and aroma. You can make any soup healing if it includes products from my recipe.
